That is the current big decision - when do I start?! Dan is going back to personal training tomorrow and all the crap in the house has been eaten. So I guess I just need to start!
I will do my measurements, weight and photos tomorrow and post them here for motivation! I am also going to print this chart out and put it on my fridge for crossing off as I go along!
I can do all the planning I like but the proof is in the 'doing'.
